Pinterest 404 Error

^^^^That is what I was faced with for a long time now when I tried to get on a board of mine on Pinterest. It was annoying and I kept hoping that it would just fix itself. Well, it didn't. I am happy to say that I managed to fix the problem though and I thought I'd share how I did it.

The particular board in question was one that I had changed the name of and everything was fine. I don't have a lot of pins in it, but the ones there are ones that I refer to often. I had changed the name so it wouldn't be confused with another recipe board that I have. Well... that name change seems to be the problem.

Here's a breakdown of what I did.

- Pinned a new pin to the board.
- Went to my activity and opened the pin.
- There it stated the original name of the board (not the one I had changed it to).
- I moved the pin to another board, then right back.
- Voila! The link on my Pinterest page no longer stated the name I'd changed it to, but I edited it and it seems to be working now.

Here's hoping!

Sick Face

I seriously contemplated taking a picture of how I currently look, but just couldn't stand the thought of anyone seeing me in this state. I'm hoping that by the time my husband comes home, I will look better. We'll have to see. I could whip up a drawing of how I look, but that would take a lot of effort from me at the moment. I barely have enough to sit here at the computer and type. The only reason I'm not in bed is because my nose is running so much that I thought I might choke or something.

So yeah...I'm sick.

Since I won't be getting certain things done because I feel so crappy, I am going to at least try and write out some lists for things I've got going on. My sister and one of my best friends are both pregnant. I have some serious amounts of videos to make and edit. At some point, I'd like to actually write more than 500 words at a time as well. Oh, and don't even get me started on the state of my house right now.

Unfortunately, there's only some much I can do when I have Kleenex stuffed up my nostrils. Pretty mental picture, I know! I'm avoiding mirrors today if at all possible.

What I really want to do is play Harvest Moon or The Sims and eat a lot of chocolate, but I don't have any chocolate in the house so I'll have to make do with just the games. Once I feel better, I can drag myself to the grocery store and buy chocolate.

Actually, I have some hot chocolate mix somewhere so I might just go do that. I'm feeling cold anyway...

Kitty Togetherness

So that happened today. Normally, they never sleep that close to one another. I blame it on the fact the heat wasn't on and the temperature was in the mid 60's inside the house (much colder outside though). Unfortunately, I had to turn the heat on to keep my legs from freezing off so that togetherness will probably not be seen again for a long time.

I took a few more pictures with my phone while they were laying there, but the look on Gabby's face in this one was just too good not to post. Olive is looking a little chunky from this angle though. Hopefully, she won't mind that I got her bad side. Her face is precious though.

Please excuse the wrinkles and whatnot going on behind them. Let's just say pretend I keep my house in it's 100% finest condition at all times. Yeah...I can't pretend that either. :)

One Year

I completely forgot to mention it, but I've had this blog for over a year now! My first post was on March 30, 2012, in fact.

I'm not really sure if I've used this blog like I've intended to, but I have enjoyed writing what I've written for here. I have no intention of stopping either. In fact, the frequency will probably even pick up (fingers crossed). There for a while, I just didn't feel like it so I didn't. Those things tend to come and go and come back again, so that's probably what will happen with my posting frequency.

Okay...I just wanted to say something about the whole one year thing. :)
